Callan-Harris Physical Therapy, PC is a small practice in the Neighborhood of the Arts in Rochester, NY. We provide services to performing artists as well people of all ages and backgrounds needing general orthopedic care. On-the-job training is included.
We're looking for a friendly, personable professional who is capable of handling the day-to-day administrative tasks that come with a role of a Receptionist/Office Assistant in our Physical Therapy practice. The ideal candidate is well organized, comfortable with electronic documentation and scheduling , detail oriented and enjoys working in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients professionally both in person and on the phone .
- Manage and update patient records.
- Schedule patient appointments.
- Collect copays and payments.
- Operate standard office equipment: multi-line telephone, facsimile machine, credit card machine, photocopier, computer, printer.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
All staff and patients are required to wear a mask: N95, KN95, or surgical on the premises at all times.
