CallisonRTKL seeks amotivated and energized interior designer or architecture student to join our team located in the Miami office. The goal of this position is to fulfill not only academic credit, but also provide a broadly-based design experience navigating a fast-paced work environment within the context of our culture. Interns are fully integrated into a team and work to develop design under a project designer/architect or senior designer/architect.

Responsibilities
- Supports the project team through entry-level design and technical tasks
- Revises drawings and renderings
- Conducts research for the project team
- Produces graphic presentations and builds 3D study models
- Performs calculations and basic analytical tasks
- Organizes files and materials for projects
- Learns to manage workload within a context of schedules and work plans
- Works on multiple projects and collaborates with team members
- Begins to understand more about time management through design phases
- Takes part in firm functions and learning opportunities, including potential site visits, workshops, lectures and demonstrations
Requirements
- Minimum of three years undergraduate education in a design-related field
- Knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and Affinity
- Knowledge of SketchUp preferred
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
- Ability to complete tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines, completing tasks as previously defined
- Ability to work with integrity, trust and commitment, setting an example for others
