Calm Source is creating a 23-Hour Crisis Intervention Center in Danville, Virginia. We are excited to provide this service to help members of our community that are experiencing a mental health crisis. Calm Source is looking for an experienced LPN to work with our individuals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the supervision of the Crisis Services Nurse Manager, the Licensed Practical Nurse provides general nursing services to individuals receiving 23-hour Crisis Intervention Services. Responsibilities include conducting medical assessments, assessing if a person is experiencing a medical emergency or a mental health emergency, providing individuals direct care and maintaining accurate documents.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements
A Licensed Practical Nurse with a valid LPN license to practice in Virginia.
Valid driver’s license
Preferred Requirements
Experience working with individuals with mental health diagnosis.
Experience working in the nursing field.
