Calo is seeking a qualified Safety School Facilitator to join our team!

The Safety School Facilitator is to support the students in the safety teams by facilitating their daily academic work, build sincere and meaningful relationships with the students, and utilize different modalities to facilitate learning. The Safety School Facilitator will ensure student safety by maintaining firm boundaries and expectations as well as offering constant supervision. The position requires the ability to think fast on your feet and the ability to differentiate instruction and change lessons depending on the "temperature" of their students. The Safety School Facilitator is expected to encourage students and provide a safe space to learn and will work in collaboration with the treatment team to create "lifelong academically and socially competent interdependent learners!"

Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 60 college credit hours.
- Missouri substitute teacher certification
