Job Summary
The Marketing Coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting all of the banks’ marketing initiatives and collaborating on the strategy to enhance branding awareness and promote customer satisfaction. This position will also lead the marketing strategy for new bank-wide initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities
Strategize Marketing Initiatives
- Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content and lead generation
- Support Marketing Director/Chief of Staff to elevate and establish a successful marketing plan and strategy by assembling and analyzing company trajectory.
- Strategize specific objectives and collaborate with internal team to develop a cohesive and profitable marketing strategy for the Bank
- Conduct research to analyze market trends, customer behavior and competitive landscape
- Develop innovative ideas to promote products/services – manage budgets for marketing initiatives
Lead Marketing Strategy for New Bank-wide Initiatives
- Collaborate with marketing partners to create an online presence for our products/services
- Use knowledge and feedback from our RMs to best reach our target market
- Create language that is clear and concise to educate and reach potential or existing clients to use our products/services
- Participate in strategy sessions to identify customer and prospect client opportunities
- Analyze ROI and implement findings to increase effectiveness of marketing campaigns
Digital Marketing & Content Development
- Create unique content for RMs to post on LinkedIn to elevate social media presence
- Further education and knowledge for RMs regularly using posting platform workshops to share best practices and marketing tactics for successful use of LinkedIn presence.
- Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to RMs
- Assist in the development of digital marketing to increase web traffic
Branding
- SWAG – brainstorm unique Client gifts, Employee Gifts, Holiday Gifts
- Cross Brand partnerships – focus on Client businesses
- Event Management
- Plan and manage meetings, events, conferences by coordinating with internal team
- Use planning and creative problem- solving skills to coordinate and handle unforeseen circumstances
- Donation / Sponsorship Requests
- Ensure compliance/manage Donation and Sponsorship requests and agreements
- Communicate with RMs the rules and regulations of submitting donation or sponsorship requests
Internal Marketing
- Fun, interactive, engaging employee activities
Other Duties as Assigned
BSA/AML/Compliance Responsibilities
This position includes direct or indirect interaction with customers and other employees and therefore includes responsibilities relating to BSA/AML. The employee will have opportunity to examine and view information and documents produced by other employees of the Bank relating to BSA and therefore has the obligation to report suspicious activity to the BSA Officer as appropriate. The employee is responsible for understanding and following the Bank’s BSA/AML policies including elevating suspicious activity to the BSA Officer. Additionally, the employee is required to understand and follow the Bank’s compliance program.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
- 1-2 years of work experience in a marketing role
