This position involves in-office work and travel for training and team meetings. Some after-business hours will be required, as well as the use of a personal vehicle for job-related travel with mileage reimbursement.

What you'll do as a Recruiting Coordinator:
- You will provide diverse support throughout CalTech's hiring process by processing, reviewing, and recommending candidates in CalTech's Applicant Tracking System.
- Answer candidate questions and support CalTech's Talent Acquisition Team.
- Create, manage, and maintain available requisitions.
- Oversee and manage postings of available positions on third-party sites.
- You will also perform reference checks for top candidates to ensure CalTech brings on the right people.
What skills you'll need:
- You have strong attention to detail, skill for organization and decision making to distinguish great people who fit our company culture.
- Ideally, you have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- It's preferred you have at least 1-2 years of human resources or recruiting experience.
- You have the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Experience with Jobvite is a bonus.
