Position Summary
The Supply Customer Care Professional position is responsible for handling and/or properly routing all customer supply requests and customer-related inquiries. The position serves as a main point of contact for processing and transmitting information to assist all customer needs. The successful Supply Customer Care Professional handles requests in a timely, efficient, and pleasant manner, following up on all tasks to ensure accurate completion. Communicating customer needs clearly and entering data accordingly, multi-tasking job. The position develops the customer-business relationship, and its responsiveness is the unit of measure by which our service is defined as a company.
Hours of operation are Monday–Friday 8am–5pm PST. Non-exempt position. The starting pay range is $18.50-$19.50
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Answers and handles high-volume calls that come through IVR system.
- Answers and processes email correspondence of 100-200 emails per day that come through department in a timely manner.
- Identifies customer needs and transmits information to appropriate parties.
- Enters supply orders accurately as needed; including charging/billing appropriate parties, accordingly, verifying inventory counts and locations, etc.
- Enters and invoices supply orders with correct information as needed, including charging/billing appropriate parties, accordingly, verifying inventory counts, bill codes, entering meters, etc.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of company and inter-company contacts/job roles to properly route information and customer requests.
- Attends regular meetings with team and manager.
Qualifications and Experience
- Typing skills of 35 WPM and history of reliability.
- Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel experience preferred.
