Calvary Church is located in Orland Park, IL. Calvary’s vision is joining with Jesus to transform lives.
The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee all areas of children’s ministry, birth through 5th Grade, at the Orland Park Campus. This includes overseeing Tiny Town (birth – age 5), Loft (Kindergarten – 5th Grade), and PossAbilities (Calvary’s Special Needs Ministry) on Sunday mornings, weeknight children’s programming (Gems and Cadets), and running special events like VBS, outreach events, and family discipleship opportunities.
Secondly, working alongside campus pastors, this person will provide vision, alignment, and leadership to the KidsLife ministry coordinators at Calvary Oak Lawn and future campuses. As Calvary Church expands locations, this person will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategy for supporting, training, and aligning the KidsLife ministries at the various campuses and championing a consistent and robust vision across them. Additionally, this person will need to develop a model that empowers campuses to champion the vision and build effective teams at each location.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
