"Position: Registered Nurse

Shift: Days & Nights both are available 3x12-Hour
Contract: 13 weeks with high possibility of extension
Pay rate: $2200 to $2300/week
Responsibilities:
- Patient Assessment: Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients' health status, including physical and psychosocial aspects.
- Medication Administration: Administering medications and treatments as prescribed, and monitoring patients for reactions and effectiveness.
- Patient Education: Providing education to patients and their families about their conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care techniques.
- Care Planning: Developing and implementing individualized care plans based on patients' needs, medical conditions, and treatment plans.
- Monitoring Vital Signs: Regularly assessing and documenting vital signs (e.g., temperature, blood pressure, heart rate) and overall patient condition.
- Wound Care: Assessing and managing wounds, including dressing changes, wound assessments, and infection control measures.
- IV Therapy: Administering intravenous medications, fluids, and monitoring IV sites for complications.
- Patient Advocacy: Acting as an advocate for patients' needs, rights, and preferences within the healthcare system.
- Collaboration: Working closely with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare team members to coordinate patient care and treatment plans.
- Emergency Response: Responding to emergencies and providing immediate care to stabilize patients in critical situations.
Requirements:
2 year of Med Surg experience- required.
RN license
BLS-AHA
