What are the responsibilities and job description for the Banquet Server position at Cambria Nashville Downtown?
We are looking to add a fresh new addition to our Front Desk team. Do you have a passion to serve others? Are you excited about meeting new people and inspiring those around you? As Cambria’s Banquet Server, you will contribute to the satisfaction of providing both locals and travelers with a memorable experience with excellent guest service and delicious food, all while enjoying your work and developing your professional skills!
This position will serve as an on-call, part-time position.
As a Banquet Server you will be responsible for:
• Providing exceptional guest service to all customers.
• Greeting guests and being responsible for accommodating all guests’ needs at the attendance of an event.
• Participating in good communication with guests with questions regarding the menu.
• Delivering food and beverages from staging areas to guests.
• Assisting other servers during peak periods in delivering food and guest requests.
• Learning and practicing buffet, plated, and reception-style meal services (training provided) to RCGR standards.
• Anticipating guests’ needs and monitoring the guest's dining experience to ensure satisfaction with food and service.
• Responding promptly and courteously to any requests.
• Setup, execution, and clean-up for an event.
• Performing side work to prepare for upcoming events.
• Maintaining clean service areas at all times.
• Maintaining a professional and personable appearance.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
