Job Description:
An experienced photo and video producer with art production background to work with various Cambria teams to obtain still and motion assets for marketing use. Guide creative projects from request to execution to approval. This includes licensing and coordinating production shoots.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming photography and videography, either existing or commissioned
- Estimate outside vendor costs, from print production to art buying
- Manage schedule of on-staff photographer and videographer - commercial, residential, social, retail and production facilities
- Work with on staff photographer and videographer to retouch and move imagery through approvals and onto Digital Asset Management (DAM)
- Attend in town shoots, serve as photo and video assistant
- Source quality photographers and video crews around North America, negotiate fair fees and prices for their work
- Produce in town and out of town photo and video shoots
- Arrange for Cambria representation at out of town shoots and facilitate detailed pre-production calls
- Maintain relationships within photo and video community
- Work with the creative team to develop and prioritize timetables and manage the delivery of work; ensure critical path milestones are met
- Report issues affecting job quality, due dates and costs to VP Creative
- Make sure all material is properly signed off as approved by VP Creative
- Maintain current computer skills related to daily job functions
- Open jobs and guide them through approvals to completion (all photo and video consumer print ads, co-op ads, international print ads, SOP documents, certain channel marketing projects, retail etc.)
- Meet regularly with Social, Business Development, PR, Commercial and Residential teams to discuss upcoming projects that need to be photographed/videoed and/or obtain existing photography/videography
- Oversee creative queue on DAM
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, visual communications, marketing or equivalent program/professional experience
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Working knowledge of printing and digital technologies
- Must be highly proficient/comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and necessary office software
- Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously, successfully delivering the required results
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills to get things done efficiently and correctly
- Must have the ability to work effectively and calmly in a fast-paced environment
- Must demonstrate flexibility in solving challenges at project and staff levels. Troubleshoot with a positive, can-do attitude
- Effective interpersonal skills, including the ability to provide constructive feedback to teams and individuals
Minimum Requirements:
Education: BFA, BA or BS in business administration, marketing or communications
Experience: 5 - 10 years experience in Project Management/Art Buying preferred. Experience in an agency or in-house creative environment a must

Managerial Responsibilities: No
Travel Requirements: Minimal travel required both regionally and nationally
Physical Requirements: Office position requiring telephone and computer use. Must be able to lift and manage photography equipment.
