What You Will Do:

  • Investigations, New Hire Check Ins.
  • Counsels’ employees.
  • Reach out to employees when they are getting several disciplinary actions to head off problems and to aid towards retention.
  • Interviews.
  • Identify recruitment needs.
  • Collects, and analyzes employee data to identify trends.
  • Organizes and updates EE files.
  • Oversees employee orientation and training.
  • Offer letters.
  • Worker’s Comp.
  • FMLA, LOAs, etc.
  • Employee Relations.
  • Investigations.
  • DOL/ unemployment hearings.
  • Employee Retention/Engagement.
  • Benefits-employee questions, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

Ability to commute/relocate:

Education:

  • Associate (Required)

Experience:

  • Human resources management: 1 year (Required)

Salary : $44,600 - $56,500
