Cambridge healthcare a Management Company that supports 38 Skilled nursing locations. We are adding additional recruiters to our team!
The Recruiter will provide staffing and support their region and as directed by the Talent Acquisition Manager.
This individual will be highly motivated and driven. They will be committed to filling their vacancies and assessing future needs.
They will work diligently as an integral part of the region they support. In addition, they will work collaboratively with the Human Resources Team. They will abide by the organization’s mission of always doing the right thing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to all management requests in a timely fashion
- Open and Close jobs on ATS as needed
- Train managers on usage of ATS
- Screen applicants and verify nursing licenses
- Conduct candidate phone screens periodically
- Handle high volume of requisitions
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners regarding staffing issues in their regions
- Attend HR or Regional meetings as required
- Create weekly reports to review hiring metrics
- Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS
Education / Licensure
High school diploma or GED
Bachelor’s degree in business or Human Resources Management preferred
Qualifications / Experience
Minimum of 6 months recruiting experience (healthcare experience preferred)
Critical thinking skills to forecast future staffing needs
Ability to work on ATS systems
Excellent communication skills both verbal and in writing
Must be proficient with Word, Excel, Internet usage
Social Media recruiting skills a plus
