The Position:
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate should have an advanced level of administrative and customer service skills. Our professional, fast-paced environment is service-oriented with a need for attention to detail.
Essential Functions (Include but not limited to the following):
- Organize and maintain data management systems.
- Assist project managers with ordering of materials and communicating with builders.
- Data entry and weekly scheduling for installations.
- Keep up with all upcoming projects.
- Maintain appliance inventory control.
- Maintain samples and keep organized.
- Manage and organize all paperwork in the office.
- Respond to emails and phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Other duties as assigned.
To fulfill the above responsibilities, the candidate must have:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree education or equivalent experience preferably in design or construction business.
- 3 Years of experience, preferably in design or construction business.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Understand the value of confidentiality.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Administrative skills.
- Microsoft Office Suite – Excel
- Basic QuickBooks knowledge preferred.
- Great customer service.
- High attention to detail.
- Multi-tasker and ability to apply common sense.
- Proactive, planner, problem solver and team player.
- Bilingual (Preferred not required).
