The Mortgage & Retail Risk Administrator will provide Compliance, Audit, and Regulatory support for the Mortgage and Retail Lending teams. This position will serve an important role in collaborating with Camden National Bank’s LPC Management Team by managing, monitoring and escalating risks within the Corporate Compliance Risk Management framework on behalf of the business unit they support. This position offers the flexibility to work from home two days per week, and at a Camden National Bank location on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Additional office locations may be considered for qualified internal candidates. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Perform HMDA post close reviews, create reporting indicating the results of post close reviews, and manage LPC HMDA dispute process. Utilize Risk Exec software to identify HMDA issues and report LAR annually by March 1st of each year. Perform Adverse Action post close reviews, create reporting indicating the results to be shared with LPC Management Team. Perform targeted business line regulatory compliance reviews, ongoing monitoring and report results of each in a timely manner Assist Mortgage and Retail Risk Officer to respond to mortgage or consumer testing performed by CNB’s Compliance team in a timely manner. Update/Create Mortgage and Retail team procedures as needed. Participate in LPC Managers Monthly Trends meeting to provide feedback of HMDA and Adverse action file review results. Partner with manager to create and implement recurring training and new training as needed. Assist with gathering and providing Audit file documentation requests Basic Qualifications: High school diploma and one to three years of related experience Working knowledge of Mortgage or Consumer Lending and LOS platforms High level of familiarity with CFPB, OCC and other Regulatory Agency guidance Experience helping an organization manage through high levels of regulatory and organizational change Skills and Abilities: Ability to interpret regulations both technically and using a principles-based approach High Attention to detail Process-orientated and analytical thinker Outstanding communication skills with regards to written documentation and creating reports Able to influence without authority The statements contained herein reflect general details as necessary to describe the principle functions for this job, the level of knowledge and skill typically required, and the scope of responsibility, but should not be considered an all-inclusive listing of work requirements.
