Camerican is seeking a self-motivated Inventory Reconciliation Coordinator who will be responsible for the overall accuracy of our inventory at third-party warehouses. In this role, the successful candidate will interact and communicate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure the integrity of our inventory through reporting, cycle counts, and physical reconciliations.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Responsible for shortages, overages, missing and damaged inventory reporting
- Follow standard operating procedures on inventory control process
- Facilitate facility inventory cycle count program
- Research inventory discrepancies and apply adjustment accordingly
- Perform 3rd party warehouse yearend physical inventory reconciliations
- Review recurring storage invoice reconciliation
- Research inbound shortages and overages and handle necessary adjustments
- Investigate damages and offer resolution
- Ensure warehouse to warehouse transfer orders are without discrepancies
- Collaborate with internal logistics team on all LOT-related warehouse inventory issues
- Collaborate across multiple business functions to enable and drive problem solving and business improvement.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and inventory management experience
- 1-2 years of prior experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; advanced Excel a must
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently
- Detail-oriented and organized
