As the Inside Sales Representative you will
- Cultivate new and repeat sales by offering timely product and technical information
- Process customer orders efficiently and accurately
- Prepare quotations for pricing, delivery, and terms
- Conduct stock checks and assist with product identification and recommendations
- Manage order changes, expedites, and return authorizations
- Coordinate with suppliers for cost and delivery requests, purchase orders, and supply source identification
- Collaborate with outside sales staff to optimize service for key customer accounts, including inventory analysis and ensuring on-time delivery
- Develop strong relationships with customers and suppliers to enhance satisfaction
- Serve as a product specialist, demonstrating technical competency and becoming the go-to expert for assigned products
- Provide support to the storefront, assisting walk-in customers and resolving product identification queries
To be qualified you must have
- 5 years of technical knowledge / experience
- Customer-centric work ethic with a focus on delivering exceptional service
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Experience working within an ERP system, NetSuite a plus
