Duties & Responsibilities:
- Promote Safety and Safe work practices at the mine and throughout Heritage and Campbell Companies.
- Develop and implement strategies that ensure Heritage solutions are aligned with mine objectives.
- Develop strong relationships with key mine personnel at all levels to meet and exceed our customers' needs.
- Be the point of contact for Heritage by mine personnel, and the point of contact for the mine by Heritage personnel.
- Deliver on Site Specific targets and KPI’s for maintenance, services, and support.
- Must understand and adhere to the personal responsibility of safety and work safely at all times. Adhere to and promote all company safety programs and policies and enhance the safety culture of the company.
- Willing to work overtime and at weekends if necessary.
- Maintain all company provided equipment.
- Schedule and maintain workload as necessary.
- Maintain and complete daily reports, paperwork, inspections and timecards.
- Willing to obtain certifications; MSHA.
- Ability to work individually or as a team, communicate effectively, and take ownership of assigned areas and tasks.
- Take ownership of client problems and provide solutions. Must consistently deliver a world class customer experience.

- Advanced understanding of our mining customers and experience working with them.
- Ability to identify and understand what success looks like for our customers, and ability to help them achieve it.
- Ability to set up and manage large scale projects and maintain focus on day to day operations.
- Proven experience in coordinating and managing companywide efforts and initiatives.
- Ability to work closely with our internal Heritage/Campbell Companies Operations team.
- Background in managing / supervising a large team.
- Ability to react quickly under uncertain and changing conditions.
- History of managing large fleet of machines while maintaining world class machine availability
