Monday-Friday 3-11pm
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Anticipate and meet the needs of residents/guests and execute their requests in a timely fashion. Be instrumental in creating a professional and warm environment and executing service that is second to none.
Full-Time Mon-Fri 3pm-11pm
Flexible and occasional long hours
40 HOURS A WEEK
Pay Rate: $20

MUST HAVE STRONG CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, AS WELL AS THE ABILITY TO BE DIPLOMATIC IN ADVERSE CIRCUMSTANCES.

Requirements
Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
Must be inventive and enjoy creating a professional, safe and enjoyable atmosphere for all residents and guests
Strong customer service skills
At least 5 years previous concierge experience
4 year college degree preferable or industry training equivalent
Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
Must be flexible and work long hours
