Responsibilities:
· Process transactions accurately through a point-of-sale system (POS register), count money, make change, and process credit card transactions
· Take ownership during emergency situations
· Speak in front of groups of various sizes
· Adaptability to the fluctuating needs of our operations
· Display teamwork ensuring all tasks are completed for smooth park is operation.
· Provide employees with autonomy while ensuring the job is completed to a high standard.
· Proactively engage with guests by addressing needs, answering questions, giving directions and other information in a professional manner, escalate to management when necessary.
· Maintain comprehensive documentation to include park happenings, employee details, and any other pertinent information with regards to running the park smoothly.
· Maintain and improve the appearance of the park, including but not limited to debris pick up, sweeping and mopping, window cleaning.
· Maintain a proactive stance on the safety standards and operations of the park and communicate this to the Park Staff.
· Working with upper management plan facility activities and local marketing to enhance the overall exposure of the park.
· Provide accurate data for deposit collection
· Resiliency and excellent problem-solving skills.
· An ambitious and detail-orientated approach.
· Excellent telephone etiquette skills and capability to share communication across team to ensure everyone understands updates, priorities, and appropriate course of escalation
· Operate a Smartphone/ tablet device to access assignments and submit work orders
· Maintain safety while operating vehicles

Pay: $50,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Scranton, PA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Hotel management: 1 year (Preferred)
- Hospitality: 1 year (Preferred)
