Campus Eye Management, LLC, is an optometry- and ophthalmology-focused Management Services Organization (MSO). The MSO, features state-of-the-art, multispecialty eye care practices and an eye-only Ambulatory Surgery Center.
Campus Eye Management is looking for a self-directed, and organized individual to drive sales, marketing, and public relations for our practices. A Physician Liaison serves as a representative for our in-house providers and their respective practices. A successful liaison closes gaps in care for patients and bridges the communication gap with referring providers.
Responsibilities include developing, cultivating, and maintaining long-term partnerships with area physicians, urgent care facilities, and medical specialty groups to enhance lines of communication and build the referral base for the practices.

The Physician Liaison is responsible for developing and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships between Campus Eye Management and referring healthcare providers and their practices, thus generating a referral stream of new patients. In addition to promoting Campus Eye Management and key lines of service to physicians and non-physician referral sources, the Liaison is responsible for gathering information which will assist the organization in the achievement of its goal of service excellence and fiscal vitality. The Physician Liaison, reporting to the Marketing Manager, is an integral part of the overall physician relations function for Campus Eye Management, working together to position the organization as the leader in the delivery of quality eye related services.
- Local work travel required (Mercer County, to include Hamilton, Robbinsville, Lawrenceville, Princeton, and surrounding communities).
- Allows for a flexible schedule as long as targets are met
- Hybrid (but not REMOTE) work with a supportive marketing team
- Quarterly bonus available based upon achievement of sales targets
Please have the following qualifications:
- Requires computer skills in word processing, presentation and sales contact management programs
- Requires excellent communication and presentation skills
- Candidate should be highly self-motivated and achievement oriented
- Prefer previous experience dealing with physicians
- Prefer sales experience within healthcare, with a demonstrated track record of success
- Candidate should be comfortable with a high degree of people interaction
Minimum Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Health Sciences
Preferred Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Health Sciences
Minimum Experience: Two years of successful direct sales experience in related fields within a health care or pharmaceutical/medical device corporation.
Knowledge of greater Mercer County healthcare market is ideal.
