Marketing Automation Specialist
Description
- The goal of this role is to help streamline and automate marketing communications to prospective students
- Your job will be focused on combining data, marketing automation, and effective creative and content to make our marketing campaigns more efficient
What You’ll Do
- Create workflows, build audience lists, and segment databases to help set up marketing campaigns
- Assist in the maintenance of our CRM (Salesforce)
- Email Marketing: Manage the day-to-day operations, production and execution of trigger-based nurturing programs through our marketing automation platform (Pardot). Collaborate with content & design team to develop effective messaging and creative for campaigns
- Landing Pages: Work with digital media team to develop and deploy effective marketing landing pages
- Live Chat: Work within our provider’s platform to improve automated communications and overall conversion via live chat
- Reporting: Develop reports and dashboards enabling stakeholder to understand performance of marketing emails and landing pages
- A/B Testing: Help execute strategy for improving performance of marketing emails, SMS messaging, and landing pages
- Collaborate with digital media team to improve marketing attribution and related reporting
- Develop documentation around our marketing systems and processes
Experience and Skills Required
- Minimum 4 years working in a marketing automation platform; strong preference for experience in Pardot
- Must demonstrate excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Fundamental knowledge of HTML and CSS is essential
- Experience with Google Tag manager
- Must possess, and demonstrate, advanced proficiency with spreadsheets
- Experience or interest working in a seed-stage environment will be advantageous
- You should be be keen to take ownership of your functional area and help us develop the playbook to support hyper-growth
Salary
- $80,000-$100,000 (depending on location)
