The “Recruiting Coordinator" will help spread awareness of CampusPoint throughout Oregon and Washington. The ideal candidate must be passionate about helping college students and recent graduates get jobs.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Make continuous telephone contact with CampusPoint candidates to welcome them to CampusPoint, schedule them for FirstStep Interviews, remind them of interview appointments, encourage them to apply for jobs as appropriate, etc.
- Post open positions on various job boards.
- Confirm interview times with candidates.
- Ensure timely timecard submittal by employed candidates.
- General administrative tasks.
- Periodically assist in searching for qualified candidates for open jobs.
- Attend career fairs across Oregon and Washington.
- Assist the recruiting team with attending on-campus events such as student group meetings.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Self-directed, ability to work autonomously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to multi-task.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong phone-based communication skills.
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
- Experience working with on-campus bureaucracy and student leadership experience is a plus.
- Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation required for travel with clean driving record and proof of insurance.
This position will begin on a temporary basis but has potential to turn into a long-term opportunity!
