Compensation for Sales Support Specialist: $24-$27/hr DOE
Availability for Sales Support Specialist: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Duties & Responsibilities for Sales Support Specialist:
- Interface with Regional Sales Managers and customers relating to: Proposals.
Product testing.
New machine orders.
- Initiate and manage new machine order documents.
- Support the inside sales department to: Develop preliminary and formal proposals.
Research auxiliary equipment needed to develop proposals.
Communicate with customers on project status.
- Compile machine documentation.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications for Sales Support Specialist:
- A college degree is a plus, but not required.
- Provide a high level of customer service with a team-player attitude.
- Strong mechanical background/mechanical aptitude.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and apply critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
- Experience in the food, pharma, or home products industry is a plus.
