Job Responsibilities:
- Review and process incoming customer orders; checking for pricing, quantity, and specification accuracy
- Work with internal departments to confirm order processing and delivery
- Provide timely updates to production planning and logistics departments on customer requirements
- Work with finance and operations to develop sales forecasts
- Generate analytical reports pertaining to delivery performance, customer orders and other commercial insights
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred, but not required
- 2-4 years in a customer-facing role
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- While performing the duties of this job, the team member may be exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicular traffic.
- Some travel required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with using ERP/MSP Software
Salary : $39,100 - $49,600
