This opportunity will provide close interaction with senior leaders and founders. Our founders are alums of the Cornell Hotel School, Columbia University, and The University of Pennsylvania- Wharton. They have previously built software companies and have worked at firms such as Bain & Company and Starwood Hotels & Resorts.

Canary Technologies is seeking a Head of People. During this phase of high growth, there is so much to build and execute as we continue to double our team globally. We are looking for an exceptional leader who is both strategic and hands-on that will partner with the CEO and senior leadership to define and execute the HR strategy. The ideal candidate will further build out the HR function for efficiency and effectiveness of the company and accelerate Canary’s business by enabling people and teams to do their best work and achieve their highest potential. They will define and lead a Talent Strategy aligned to the business strategy in areas such as organizational design, talent management, diversity and inclusion, leadership development, performance management and employee engagement, compensation and benefits, and HR Operations

$500 travel reimbursement: We get up to $500 if we want to make a trip to SF or NY for personal reasons. We will spend at least 3 days of that trip working at a wework with fellow Canaryites!
