What you will do?
- Build strong relationship with regional Sales Leadership to understand where marketing efforts can be best utilized in order to help drive sales
- Design and launch scalable campaigns across the regional partner community to generate revenue, foster engagement and to position Fortinet as a leader in cybersecurity.
- Play a key role in helping strategic channel partners develop quarterly marketing strategies and plans designed to drive demand and pipeline.
- Assist partners with the execution of Fortinet marketing campaigns and program as needed with the goal of making partners self-sufficient in executing a marketing strategy
- Develop channel marketing strategy for the region as well as key tactics
- Drive channel (partner) marketing plan development and execution thru Channel Account Managers to drive demand, awareness and leads.
- Provide Partners with guidance on Fortinet tools, content and assets available for their use as part of the Fortinet marketing campaigns.
- Develop & manage regional budget and allocate MDF and set marketing goals and objectives for strategic partners based on ROI opportunity and partner performance
- Regularly review, prepare and share with key stakeholder key information such as partner billing information, marketing fund spent, Marketing Generated Opportunity (MGO) attained and pipeline to ensure acceptable ROI
- Deliver fully integrated awareness/consideration/preference and/or demand generation campaigns for successful partner execution.
- Design innovative partner marketing approaches and campaign strategies, success metrics and manage delivery/execution calendar.
- Leverage, develop, and enhance a variety of programs & campaigns that drive demand generation and revenue growth
- Develop/Own campaign execution tracking with associated metrics/goals/ benchmarks; track/report progress against them, evaluate event/campaign ROI
- Develop closed-loop post analysis for marketing campaigns and identify/execute indicated actions.
- Define and share partner led campaign execution best practices with marketing team members
- Execute end-to-end virtual and in-person event logistics (webinars, executive roundtables, trade shows, conferences). Provide onsite event support as required
- Track partner performance based on growth metrics such as billings, Y/Y growth, pipeline generation, funding ROI, etc
- Attend and participate in regular partner business meetings and QBRs to provide marketing strategy and guidance
- Attend and participate in regular internal sales, channel, and marketing meetings to share recent campaign wins, upcoming activities, and action items
- Distribute and roll-out corporate initiatives for successful field & channel execution
- Manage and distribute regular team communications across multiple platforms
- Experience using platforms such as Salesforce, Tableau, Teams, Swoogo, GTW/Zoom, Sharepoint, Microsoft Office
- 5 years Channel Marketing Manager experience
