-Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through the means of sales calls, client visits, and trade shows.
-Negotiate sales and close agreements to maximize profits
-Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
-Develop trusted advisor relationships with Assigned accounts.
-Clearly communicate the progress and development of said accounts.
-Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales goals.
-Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
-Collaborate with marketing team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
-Provide complete service to customers whether it fulfilling orders, providing them with promotions or escalating any issues they may have.
-Upward mobility is the goal!
Requirements and skills
-Proven experience as a Business Development agent or similar sales/customer service role
-Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
-Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
-Excellent communication and presentation skills
-Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
-Persistent and results-oriented
-Highly Motivated/Energized
-Patient and able to handle customer rejection
-High school diploma; BSc/Ba is a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
