The Cannington Agency is hiring an EMPLOYEE BENEFITS SPECIALIST. We have opened our new Waycross office. We are looking for hard working, motivated leaders in the SOUTH GEORGIA area. Insurance Agents work hand-in-hand with the recruiting department, to find and train top notch employees. They provide new hires with the needed guidance, support and encouragement. The position is an ENTRY LEVEL agent position, with the ability to move up quickly. If you are interested in a management position, we have an accelerated training program.
Primary duties include:
- Must pass approved training program that includes classroom and field.
- Ensuring that all system based training is utilized according to company standards.
- Participation in weekly in-office agency training.
- Working with business owners in providing employee benefits
* Average income range-$50,000-$75,000 Annually.
*** Leadership experience preferred, but not required.
