ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Application Developer, you will be part of our Technology in Practice team and have the ability to apply practice and work on specific projects. The ideal candidate is a strong programmer who thinks creatively, is naturally innovative, highly collaborative, and has a passion for developing that impact the way people work.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Work with Chief Technology Officer, Technology Teams and others to scope software development projects and engagements.
- Develop Revit Add-ins.
- Develop client and web-based applications.
- Support, document and, in some cases, train for the applications created.
ABOUT YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Qualified candidates must have a Bachelors degree in the area of Computer Science.
- Proficiency in object-oriented program languages C#, Python, .Net and web related technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Data Structures and working with SQL
- Familiarity working with API's.
- Good problem-solving skills from a data, software, and technical standpoint.
- Good understanding of all stages within the software development life cycle.
- Agile software development experience.
- Work well in a team environment.
- Possess good research, writing and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Dynamo, and Forge is a plus.
