The Physio Services Coordinator serves as our first line of communication for new and existing members. They are responsible for answering member/non-member inquiries regarding enrollments to our Cano Health organization. Performs data entry for any monetary transaction. Provides support for activities related to membership and retention, which includes contacting lapsed members. Communicates customer concerns to supervisor.
Responsibilities
• Informs potential patients of products physiotherapy offers.• Answers detailed questions regarding treatment plan sales.• Assist patient with credit approval.• Follows up with patients who they sold treatment plans to assure completion of treatment.• Submits to their supervisor on a daily basis total number of sales and enrollments.• Serves as a member advocate to improve the overall customer experience.• Must have effective communication skills, both verbal and written.• Fluent in English and Spanish
Qualifications
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience required.
