We are currently looking for: Insurance Specialist
Location: Kraków
Key tasks and responsibilities:
The person employed as Insurance Specialist will be responsible for supporting Insurance Team in daily activities related to CANPACK Group insurance programs, claims, and budget, mainly in:
- Global coordination of Group insurance programs and claims,
- Collecting and presentation of the data required for risk assessment / renewals,
- Administration of policies and claims data,
- Notifying Group’s insurers about claims on insurance policies,
- Preparing analysis of the claim trends, collecting information about implemented corrective actions,
- Building risk awareness amongst employees by providing support and training within the company,
- Creation and control of Headquarters and Group Insurance budget.
Requirements:
- University degree in Economics or similar
- Insurance Broker’s exam, work experience in similar position and general Accounting knowledge in particular related with booking of insurance costs will be added value,
- Analytical skills and eye for detail,
- Ability to work in a team with good communication skills,
- Timeliness and accuracy in performing tasks,
- Intermediate MS Excel skills,
- Fluent English (C1).
