How you’ll make an impact.
At Canvas, we value the perspective and expertise of our marketing team to tell compelling stories that resonate with our favorite people—our members. As a graphic designer, you’re a visual storyteller. You’ll help elevate the Canvas brand through design, layout, and production of content.
What you’ll do.
- You’ll use your design skills to develop a wide range of projects and products, including digital and print campaigns, social media graphics, logo and iconography, apparel design, and so much more.
- You’ll work closely with to produce relevant, on-brand marketing assets to drive engagement and conversion across various channels.
- You’ll maintain consistency in our markets by championing brand standards and brand strategy.
- You’ll accomplish a range of complex assignments with overlapping timelines, never sacrificing quality or commitment to excellence.
- You’ll develop creative solutions for internal and cross-departmental requests.
- You’ll collaborate closely with peers and team leadership to ideate opportunities for greater impact.
What you’ll need.
- Relevant digital graphic design experience
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
- Strong understanding of audience-focused design and layout
- Strong attention to detail and keen eye for accuracy
- Excitement around receiving creative direction and constructive feedback
- Passion and desire to contribute as a member of a dynamic team
- Portfolio available
Nice-to-Have.
- Bachelor’s or associate degree in graphic design, marketing, or related field
- Experience with video and motion graphics

The starting pay range for this position is $55,000.00-$65,000.00, and final pay rate will be determined based on experience, education, and internal equity factors.

Working Environment/Physical Activities
High volume, fast-paced, dynamic office environment with some travel. Must be able to attend meetings and events outside of regular business hours. The job routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, copiers, fax machines and filing cabinets. The position requires manual dexterity, the ability to lift files and open filing cabinets. The position requires bending, stooping, or standing as necessary.
