About the Team:
As part of the Executive Assistant (EA) team, you will be supporting Partners in the US business. You will have an opportunity to work collaboratively with the US EA team in support of US initiatives.
What You’ll Get to Do:
- Arrange internal and external meetings, liaising with clients and their executive assistants regularly. Booking conference rooms and ordering catering.
- Provide back-up support when other members of the EA team are on vacation.
- Provide ad hoc support on projects as required.
What You’ll Bring With You:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint; basic skills in MS Excel
- Three to five years’ prior experience in supporting a senior executive or team.
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- Impressive organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure and tight deadlines
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Excellent time management
- Ability to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
