About the Job:
As a Senior Consultant on the Banking and Payments team, you will work in a fast-paced team setting, alongside industry experts, to craft optimal strategies used to solve complex client problems. Within our Retail Banking team, you will focus on helping deposit-taking organization improve operations, launch new brand and products support digital transformation, amongst other initiatives.
What You’ll Get to Do:
- Lead and support client analysis that centers around sales, servicing and transacting processes across Retail Banking products and segments.
- Develop frameworks, approaches, solutions, and recommendations that effectively and efficiently address the most impactful opportunities and challenges which are informed by nuances of Retail Banking business models and related industry trends.
- Assist project teams in measuring current business or operational performance across the deposit lifecycle and forecasting improvements based on Capco’s recommendations
- Facilitate the collaboration and coordination between business and technology unique to digital transformation or configuring Retail Banking platforms in case management, fraud and systems of record.
- Work as part of team to design technical solutions which incorporate required controls, process and designs in support of deposit products of all types.
- Produce insights, analyses, and recommendations to improve client business or operational performance, drive understanding of client issues and provide strategic guidance related to various financial products
- Build new solutions, toolkits, documents, and consulting approaches that can be applied across Capco’s Retail Banking team – including deposit product modernization, deposit operating models and customer servicing.
What You’ll Bring with You:
- 5 years of professional experience working in financial services and/or management consulting experience
- 3 years of experience working with deposit-taking institutions or groups within banks; inclusive of deposit operations, deposit product management and digital banking
- Experience working as a change agent or consultant
- Understanding of deposit products, payments, and customer servicing related to these areas
- Strong analytical skill with respect to business management and problem solving coupled with management experience
- Ability to communicate in both written and verbal forms with confidence and clarity
- Advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills
- Bachelor's degree required
