THINGS YOU WILL DO
- Create and maintain the test repository, including test suites, test cases, and tests
- Monitor the testing process, evaluate test results
- Identification and maintenance of test artefacts
- Document test results compare to pre-defined criteria
- Manage STLC (Requirement Analysis, Planning, Test Case Development, Execution) of projects
- Interact with business teams, SMEs and 3rd Party software providers
- Share knowledge, mentoring new joiners
SKILLS & EXPERIENCES YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB DONE
- 3 years of experience as a Test Manager
- Experience in end-to-end software testing using SQL, Jira, Excel, Confluence or ALM
- Hands-on experience on test planning/test strategy, defect validation, sending status reports
- Experience in testing MI/data driven apps are also essential
- Good understanding on STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle)
- Open to learn new things, communicative, proactive
- Experience in finance area will be beneficial
- Excellent English skills
