What are the responsibilities and job description for the Reservations Support position at Cape and Coast Vacation Rentals?
The candidate will be responsible for assisting the reservations manager with requested administrative tasks and day to day reservations duties. This candidate must be organized, dependable, and have excellent time-management skills. Must have own transportation and will be required to work Saturdays and Sundays but will get days off during the week. We will train the right candidate! Performance-based bonuses will apply.
Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to:
-Act as a support role to Reservations Manager
-Assist with new rental home utility set up and transfers
-Assist Reservations Manager with routine reports for coordinating upcoming reservations department and related vendors.
-Act as liaison between reservations, maintenance, and housekeeping departments.
-Gain a thorough knowledge of company rental inventory, policies, and procedures as well as local community resources.
-Answer questions about reserving rental homes & areas, addressing guest concerns about rescheduling, and advising on procedures and policies related to their rental contract.
-Assist reservations team with a large volume of calls and email inquires during booking season & throughout the year while maintaining a high level of customer service.
-Must be familiar with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, & adapt to reservations software
