KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Experience with enabling D365 Sales module
- Ability to configure workflows and requirements in D365 as per business requirement.
- Strong understanding on Power Platform for additional customizations.
- Experience with Power Pages to build customer facing portals.
- Experience of Power Virtual Assistant implementation
- Experience with Sales Premium License features Sales Hub, Sales Accelerator, LinkedIn Navigator, Viva Sales etc)
- Using scoring models.
- Understanding to configure Customer Insights Module and Marketing modules.
