Job Description:

Key Job responsibilities:

In this role you will

• Evaluate PLM and its integrations capabilities, systems feature, tools, current process, identify pain points and draft logical data models as necessary
• Gather business needs (licenses, trainings, process impacted, etc.)
• Conduct business processes fit-gaps, Identify solution gaps, and help to transmit them to the IT project in charge of developing the solution
• Map AS-IS process and define use-case scenario
• Adjust broken processes impacted by the tool change.
• Conduct acceptance testing and validation before deployments
• Conduct training for new features and get end users onboard
• Identify optimization opportunities, write ‘to-be’ process, and system requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, Industrial Design, Computer Science, or related degree
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with engineering methodology
• CATIA V5/V6, Enovia experience
• Experience in working on implementation/migration of PLM systems especially to 3DX
• Working experience in automation and trouble shooting/resolving issues related to automation
• Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
• Demonstrated ability to work with other departments
• Be open to work in a multicultural team
• Proficient in MS Office Suites, Visual Basic, or other programming languages

Preferred Qualifications:

• Must have an innovative mindset, be proactive in improving processes and driving projects.
• Excellent communicator, team player, resourceful, organized and mindful of time management.
• Business process analyst experience.
• Two years of experience in aircraft or automobile interior design or furnishings design

Salary: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
