The Distribution / Order Management Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing order management and distribution systems.
This role requires deep expertise in SAP, Manhattan, Salesforce, and / or Sterling OMS systems, as well as a strong understanding of supply chain processes.
The architect will work closely with various business units to ensure that systems meet business requirements and are integrated seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and design end-to-end order management and distribution solutions using SAP, Manhattan, Salesforce, and / or Sterling OMS systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process efficiency.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document system requirements.
- Conduct detailed analysis of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Work with development teams to ensure solutions are built to specification and meet quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve system architecture.
- Serve as a liaison between IT, Supply Chain, and other business units to ensure alignment and clear communication.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, issues, and risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in system architecture, with a focus on order management and distribution systems.
- Proven experience with SAP, Manhattan, Salesforce, and / or Sterling OMS systems.
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.
