- 10 years of experience in Enterprise content management and document processing
- 5 years of hands-on experience with OpenText Captiva (Intelligent Capture) 16 or higher.
- Strong proficiency in C# and .NET programming languages.
- Experience with SQL database management systems.
- In-depth knowledge of imaging and document solutions.
- Expertise in configuring Captiva Modules Designer, Administrator, ScanPlus, and Distributed Web Client.
- Experience with Capture Flow Designer and scripting.
- Ability to install, upgrade, configure, and maintain Captiva application and web servers.
- Strong understanding of Captiva Advanced Recognition, Dispatcher, Extraction, Templates, Standard Import, Multi Directory Watch, and StandardOCR.
- Experience with Captiva Web Client, Captiva REST API, and deployment processes.
- Advanced development skills with C#, .NET, RESTful Web services, Azure, and VB.
- Knowledge of scanning and imaging tools and technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Design, develop, and implement end-to-end Captiva Capture flows to meet business requirements.
- Develop OCR/ICR solutions and proof of concepts using Captiva Advanced Recognition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define functional requirements, develop solutions, and provide ongoing support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Captiva.
- Optimize capture workflows for performance and accuracy.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Captiva features and best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior developers.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $23.11/hour - $36.12/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
