Responsibilities- Engage with customers and provide product knowledge, recommendations, and exceptional customer service.
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers and generate potential new customers.
- Conduct product showings and educate consumers on the benefits, uses and value of our cannabis products.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Collect customer feedback and utilize systems to improve our products and services.
- Previous experience in sales or within the cannabis industry.
- OLCC Marijuana Worker's Permit. *Easy to obtain if you don't already have*
- Must have valid Driver's License.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse audiences.
- Exceptional sales and persuasion skills, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel to various locations as required.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with the ability to represent the company in a positive and inclusive manner.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and self-motivation.
