As one of our IOX Business Solution Design Analysts in the Digital Transformation (DX) team, you play a critical role in helping to lead and support the enablement of “Citizen Development.” Where business users create their own automations using IT approved tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, and Power BI. You perform in-depth user research and business analysis on initiatives of varying size and complexity to provide insights and support recommendations for solutions that not only enable upskilling but also defines governance best practices. You will also be responsible for leading the design & delivery of end-to-end capabilities that support these solutions. Finally, you will support Citizen Developers as they build solutions that reduce operational debt, reduce operational risk, and/or enable new capabilities that align with Capital Group’s strategic objectives. Your key stakeholders include IO business partners, Capital Group’s Project Management and Enterprise Change Office and the Information Technology Group. To thrive in this role, you have curiosity and technical aptitude to learn more about automation and digital transformation.

  You have a passion for automation, in particular “Citizen Development.” You also have a desire to leverage your experience and expertise to empower other citizen developers through enablement and governance best practices.
• You’re experienced in engaging various customer or stakeholder groups and have worked on cross-functional projects
• You have a passion for learning and a desire to apply your skills in design thinking, agile and product management methodologies and/or other skills to perform end-to-end research and analysis to identify the “right” problem. You have worked to solve problems that help the organization reach its goals.
• You thrive in team settings. You ask great questions, bounce ideas off others and confidently share your perspective.
• You are a skilled communicator. Your background includes facilitating group discussions such as design workshops, demos, user meetings, feedback sessions and/or focus groups.
• You have a bachelor’s degree.
