Capital Group is looking to hire a Recruitment Marketing Business Partner who will collaboratively create and execute our recruitment marketing strategy in support of Capital Group’s talent philosophy. As a Recruitment Marketing Business Partner, you will have the opportunity to deliver impactful employment branding and recruitment marketing strategies that align across the enterprise. You will work directly with senior leadership, and partner closely with several groups including Marketing-Brand, Corporate Communications, Technology, Legal/Compliance, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.


You will be responsible for driving recruiter and hiring team engagement of our existing associate value proposition across digital and social platforms This is a role that oscillates between tactical execution and creative strategy to support our overall different hiring initiatives. Serving as a critical caretaker of the candidate journey throughout the recruitment process from nurturing campaigns to onboarding.


You will lead the recruitment-event strategy for Talent Acquisition which includes facilitating job fairs, open houses, networking events, etc. for Capital Group. You will partner with other employer brand practitioners to successfully create unique, scalable marketing tools, and assets that improve recruiter efficiency for effective targeting and passive candidate conversion. This role relies upon strong communication skills as it is the focal point of our external relationships with agencies, vendors, and partners adjacent to our recruitment marketing practices.

  • You are a consultative partner for Talent Acquisition teams. You’ve worked on strategic and data-driven candidate attraction plans, inclusive job postings, candidate journey touchpoints, and candidate personas. You have experience uncovering insights through candidate research to optimize communication, touchpoints, and digital content strategy.
  • You are a compassionate observer who cares about your colleagues. You have examples of times when you’ve initiated critical conversations that challenged implicit assumptions.
  • You’ve managed and nurtured relationships with external recruitment marketing partners, including but not limited to, recruitment marketing agencies, recruitment platforms, and/or select social media channels.
  • You’ve designed and maintained internal resources that encourage associates to promote employer brand assets with their networks.
  • You have built and leveraged cross-functional relationships with critical stakeholders. In this role, you’ll actively engage with Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Employee Resource Groups, HR Technology, DE&I, Corporate Communications, and functional Senior Business Leaders to influence recruitment marketing, brand roadmaps, and outcomes.
  • You have a keen interest in best-in-class practices and talent acquisition technologies to aid in recruitment marketing execution. You proactively share resources.
