In this specific role, you’ll be responsible for providing project management support for the top initiatives in Enterprise Payments. General Responsibilities:
Individual contributor through leading complex, cross-team projects that have a direct impact on the company
Partner with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery
Identifying ways to improve, streamline business processes and projects
Plan, design, manage and execute project plans to ensure delivery. This activity includes management through feasibility, design, planning and implementation
Ensure projects, process and programs are being documented appropriately to mitigate risk and proactively partner with Audit and the second line
Manage and oversee projects in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements, including change control
Leverage problem solving and influencing skills to ensure project are deliver on intent
Partner and collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery
Exhibit strong influencing skills to effectively drive program efforts
Demonstrate a proven track record of excellent project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment.
Demonstrate strong communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels to manage, inform and influence outcomes
The candidate should have:
Strong project / program and process management skills
Strong communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills
Strong problem solving and influencing skills
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 2 years of experience in Project Management, Chief of Staff, or Process Management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or military experience
PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
5 years of Project Management experience
1 year of experience using Jira or Confluence
