We are searching for a dynamic individual with outstanding customer service skills to join our HR Accommodation team. The successful candidate will work directly with our associates and theirleadership team in providing short term and long term ADAAA accommodations in accordance with Title I of the ADAAA. This role requires excellent communication skills both verbal and in writing, organizational skills, attention to detail and critical thinking along with a strong focus on the associate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in the interactive process with associates requesting leave, modifications to assistin performing the essential functions of their jobs, ergonomic solutions, or other adjustments to aid in performing task and/or reassignment
- Perform activities defined in the accommodation services and processes to ensurecompliance with regulations and company policies in a timely manner
- Demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills, superior attention to detailand ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence others while working in a cross functionalenvironment
- Deliver on an excellent associate experience
- Perform end-to-end case management for Title I cases; update system interactions,recommendation options, assess risk, resolve issues and escalate as appropriate
- Participate in agile pods and activities; updating internal ADA Toolkit, training and otherduties assigned by Team lead/Leave manager
- Able to drive projects and task to completion autonomously
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 1 year of Microsoft Office or Google Suite experience
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Bachelor's Degree or military experience
- Knowledge of federal and state disability laws regarding access for peoplewith disabilities; specifically, ADA and FMLA
- 2 years experience in Benefits
- 2 years experience in Human Resources
- Ability to problem solve, manage multiple prioritiesand excellent follow up skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
