- Prepare and deliver periodic reports and data visualizations including: Headcount planning reports for the company, Succession planning reports, Talent review data and workforce trend dashboards.
- Develop reports to show the impact of HR programs on turnover, retention and key measures across the employee life-cycle.
- Create dashboard data visualizations for reporting on promotions.
Top Must Haves:
- Ability to make decisions on how to approach the creation of ad hoc reports and how to utilize charts and other visual elements to tell a story with data.
- Advanced Excel skills and formulas are critical for this role.
- Strong PowerPoint skills

- Education requirement – Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience required.
- Years of experience – 3-5 years customer service related experience required.
- Do you prefer local candidates? (will they need to come into the offices once they reopen?) – Local candidates to Ridgefield Park NJ area or Plano, TX, area are preferred. They will need to come into 85 Challenger Rd., Ridgefield Park, NJ office or 6625 Excellence Way, Plano, TX office once we re-open.
Summary:
The primary purpose of this position is to provide key insights through the analysis of data to help the People Team and business leaders understand workforce trends and the impact of HR programs. Furthermore, these analyses help business leaders make decisions based on evidence in data. This position will also help keep us on track to meet talent planning goals.
Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare and deliver periodic reports and data visualizations including: Headcount planning reports for the company, Succession planning reports, Talent review data and workforce trend dashboards.
- Develop reports to show the impact of HR programs on turnover, retention and key measures across the employee life-cycle.
- Create dashboard data visualizations for reporting on promotions.
- Partner with HR Transformation Team and HR Business Partners to enhance talent and succession planning and provide effective solutions/recommendations for planning initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR Transformation Team, HR Business Partners and cross-functional team members to make enhancements to HR Operations and programs.
- Support the Chief of Staff with reports and/or presentations.
Skills:
- Ability to make decisions on how to approach the creation of ad hoc reports and how to utilize charts and other visual elements to tell a story with data.
- Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Financial Engineering, Business Intelligence Analytics, Human Resources or a related area of study are preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills including, statistics, calculus, linear algebra, financial planning and risk management capabilities will be helpful in this role.
- Advanced Excel skills and formulas are critical for this role.
- Strong PowerPoint skills.
- Experience using Data visualization tools including Tableau will also be helpful.
