Capital Vacations is now hiring for our Activations Department. The Date Setter assists current vacation package holders with setting their dates for vacation utilization.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contact customers who have purchased a vacation package with us
- Ensure all vacation packages are qualified
- Arrange travel dates for vacation packages
- Assist our customers with any questions they may have while maintaining excellent quality standards in compliance with set company guidelines
- Up-sell accommodations, sell entertainment tickets, etc.
- Code records completely and accurately in our database
- Assist guests with questions about the vacation properties, packages, and procedures.
- Determine eligibility of Capital guests per qualification standards.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- 1 year of relevant call center experience preferred but not required
- Customer service experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Functional knowledge of computers and basic computer programs
- Ability to build rapport
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in basic PC knowledge
- Must be at least 18 to apply.
