Job Overview:
As a CCCC Clinician, you will play a vital role in assessing, providing, and monitoring necessary care and support to help CCCC clients understand, resolve, and manage mental health issues in their lives. Responsibilities:
Clinical:
- Providing psychotherapy to all various ages and diagnoses
- Providing supervision to psychological interns and postdoctoral level individuals
- Conducting psychological testing of children, adolescents, and adults and providing appropriate diagnoses and recommendations for treatment
- Conducting scientific studies and research of psychological, emotional, behavioral, or organizational patterns and identifying issues
- Writing papers on clinical psychology issues and disorders
- Work Options: Telehealth, in-person, and hybrid options available.
- Evening and weekend availability required.
General:
- Adhere to the CCCC Mission, community values, and group values.
- Comply with all CCCC signed agreements.
- Follow the CCCC clinical procedure manual.
- Follow the CCCC supervisor's manual, where applicable.
- Participate in CCCC activities, including weekly meetings, supervision (formal or peer), all-staff meetings, social activities, and events.
Administrative:
- Coordinate scheduling with administration and Intake staff to maintain billable hours.
- Notify CCCC administrators when taking leave and ensure clinical coverage.
- Respond to medical record requests promptly.
- Maintain audit-ready medical record documentation.
- Respond to requests from CCCC administrative staff or directors in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Psychologists in the DC, MD, and VA area preferred.
- Experience working in a community mental health setting is advantageous.
- Strong commitment to providing culturally competent and accessible mental health services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Salary : $88,600 - $112,000
