Key Responsibilities:
- Generalist Proficiency: Apply your comprehensive business knowledge to drive success.
- Manufacturing Experience: Utilize your 5 years in manufacturing to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Decision Making: Make critical decisions to steer the organization towards its goals.
- O365 Proficiency: Use Microsoft Office 365 tools for project management and communication.
- Organizational Planning: Lead planning and restructuring efforts to optimize operations.
- Change Management: Drive change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in.
- Project Management: Oversee projects from inception to completion.
- Travel: Travel as needed, up to or exceeding 50% of the time.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
